Touching the Soul

When we lie down in bed at night, we make a mental assessment of ourselves like ; how was it today ? what happened? etc… We ask ourselves questions and think about what we went through that day. It’s like cleaning up the house. It can remain scattered in our thoughts and need to be collected. So our mental health is the most important part of our body that we should pay attention to.

Our mental health is in the same proportion as our physical health. Everything that is positive and negative shapes our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I can say a lot of things we’re not aware of that affect our good and bad mental health, not just people, but from the food we eat to the music we listen to.

You have two homes, earth and your body. Take care of them.

Problems that occur in most people, such as stress, sleep disorders, panic attacks, negatively affect our lives and relationships with our environment. Sometimes we are not fully aware that these conditions are related to our mental health. But it is possible to deal with these problems. For example, we can deceive our minds. In a moment of anxiety, say and repeat these phrases several times ; I am safe, because my worries lie to me. Your mind will believe it, and your anxiety will disappear. Or, when you feel unhappy, turn on energetic music, you will feel that your mode has changed. You’ll be on the same frequency as the music’s energy waves.

  • To maintain your mental health, you should stay as far away as possible from things that make you feel bad.
  • Never compare yourself to others because you are the only one.
  • Beware of poor nutrition and sleep disorders.
  • Don’t ignore your anxiety and get support if necessary.

Remember that your physical appearance is a mirror of your soul. Love yourself & stay positive. Lots of love…
